St. Thomas Square offers a relaxing stay on the Gulf Coast, specifically in Panama City Beach, Florida. This vacation rental is just a short distance away (5 min walk) from the stunning sugar-white sands and emerald-green water. The unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space with incredible views overlooking the Grand Lagoon, which flows into St. Andrews Bay.

During your stay, you can unwind by taking a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or practicing your tennis skills on the courts. Other amenities in this community include a shuffleboard court, a spa, a gym, and a private dock. St Thomas Square provides a range of facilities for guests to make the most of their beach vacation experience.

For family-friendly entertainment, the Emerald Falls Recreation Center is within walking distance. Additionally, this location is ideal for water enthusiasts as it boasts a boat dock along the Grand Lagoon, perfect for those who enjoy boating and water activities. Don't forget to visit the lovely St. Andrews State Park! You can dock your boat for $275 for the week. There is not a launch at the resort dock but the launch is close by at the marina.

Guests must be 25 or older to book and must be present during the stay.

Parking is $50 and you will pay upon arrival.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.

Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.

The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.
