Annual Spring Break 2024

Everything was awesome! We absolutely loved the location and the property was clean and nice. The only thing my kids said they would have wished that there were tvs in the kids bedrooms. But other then that small insignificant thing it was perfect. We will be staying there again in the future.

We stayed in one of the 3 attached town houses. There was a private pool, neighbors were friendly, lots of conveniences.

Spring Break Vacay

We had a great time at this property! The house is roomy and clean. Has everything you need to cook there. We loved having access to the golf cart to get everything down to the beach which was not crowded. Very convenient to shops at 30A or Pier Park but away from the crowds. We hope to return soon!

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this property and we definitely plan to stay again in the future. Amanda and Steve are always quick to respond when contacted and are extremely helpful when issues arise. The golf cart and pool are great amenities - the golf cart makes getting to the beach a breeze.

Great Location for Quiet Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It offers easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach roads. The golf cart is a wonderful edition as it is a decent walk to the beach from the house, especially if you are taking chairs and other beach toys on your excursion.

This was a fantastic house and property. The house was nice and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was awesome and was nice to have for my kids whenever they wanted it. The golf cart made the trips to the beach extremely easy. Would recommend 1000%.

Great 3 bedroom condo right across the street from beach!!

We loved the condo, with the golf cart and swimming pool and the beach so close, our stay was enjoyable. The only thing we recommend is ceiling fans in the other 2 bedrooms, my boys said it was hot at night with no circulation. Other than that it was a great location and condo.

Everything is as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. It was great to have the golf cart since the property isn't right on the beach. The only upgrade I would suggest is Tv's in the guest bedrooms.

Wonderful!

As a large multi family group, the 3 townhomes were perfect for us! The walk to the beach was easy and short, but the golf carts made the gear haul so much easier! Beds were very comfortable, pillows were good quality and everyone slept great! A few restaurants close by, but we had food delivered several times with no issue. We will absolutely be back!

Great Family Vacation Week

My family (me, my husband, 2 kids, sil, mil, and fil) all stayed here and loved it. At first it took the grandparents a little getting used to having to go upstairs to their room (they live in a single level ranch) but the house was great. I really loved a nice quiet area and the private beach has totally spoiled me! The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was the linens left in the washer as well as the dryer, but the owner was willing to send someone to get them out of the way. The property isn’t directly on the beach, but having access to a golf cart all week was magical! The people that stayed in the other units were very nice and the kids all enjoyed some pool time together. Overall it was a great vacation. I will recommend this place to others for sure.

We loved our stay at this house. The pool was perfect for our children (ages 5 and 6) and the adults. The golf cart was a great addition making it very easy to get to and from the beach. The owner, Amanda, was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place for a beach getaway.

Sparkling clean with THE BEST mattresses!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside unit A. It was so fresh and clean. We appreciated how well stocked the home was. There was hand soap, soap, shampoo and conditioner packs. There was also laundry detergent, dish soap, toliet paper and paper towels. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. Check in and out was smooth and easy and communication with Amanda was easily available. The best part for me was the mattresses. We have had bad luck in the past with worn out mattresses in vacation rentals. So I was very pleasantly surprised that this was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! I now want one for home :) A couple recommendations for a more comfortable stay would be curtains for the bedrooms. It gets very light about 5:30am so it was hard to sleep in at all. Also, mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy for getting ready while others are showering. Lastly, some footstools for the sofas and a couple more clocks would be very useful. Overall we were very pleased with this unit.

Great stay at the beach

The townhouse was perfect for a quick beach stay with our family. The heated pool was awesome, and our son really enjoyed going for golf cart rides around the neighborhood. It was great to be able to park your car and not need to drive anywhere the rest of the stay.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY!

We rented all three units for a softball tournament and everything was perfect. The golf carts were awesome to have available to us and we LOVED the HEATED POOL! The owners were attentive and accommodating. We will be back next year and will be staying here.
