Lovely home for families

The home is beautifully decorated, everything you need. The pool is great, about a 5 min walk to the beach, very quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again! 10/10 !

Fabulous Place

This property is fabulous. So neat and clean and spacious. The backyard is amazing! It is stocked with everything you need! Lots of floats, sand toys, beach chairs and nice big beach towels. It is under 5 minute walk to the beach with a boardwalk all the way out to the beach. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they were with any questions. While we were there they responded immediately to our calls. I would highly highly recommend this property to anyone. The pool was perfect for having a 15 month old she could play on the deck in the pool. The pool was great for the rest of us as well. Honestly it was better than I expected and closer to the beach than I expected. There were games in the garage to take to the beach and sand toys with a nice wagon to load it in. We were able to get 6 chairs 2 umbrellas and towels and a few bags in the wagon. We thought about renting a golf cart but when we got there and we were so close to the beach the wagon worked better for us. The master suite was huge and a very nice big master bath. The master closet was so big we also put a pack-n-play in the closet and was perfect for the baby to have her own space. The living and kitchen were spacious as well. The location was close to many great restaurants and shopping. I am so glad we found this property after much searching it was perfect for our family

Amazing Property and Vacation

We loved this vacation rental! The property was the perfect distance to the beach for us. The pool was fantastic and our three-year-old loved playing in the shallow end! The house and property was very clean and well kept. The property manager was fantastic to work with and on top of everything! Overall, we had a fantastic vacation! Could not be happier with our experience!

Best Beach House

This house was the best. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks to the beach. The pool was an added bonus for afternoon and evenings. The homeowner was beyond accommodating! The garage is stocked with everything you need to have fun at the beach (chairs, sand toys, beach towels). Look no further and book this house for your next vacation!

Wonderful!

This was our first experience with VRBO. We were very satisfied! The owners answered all of our questions with a quick response. The house was very nice, both inside and out. The pictures and description of this property are truthful. The neighborhood was quiet and those we encountered were friendly. Walking to the beautiful, uncrowded beach took about 5 minutes. We were thankful the house had everything needed for the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, games, and a wagon to haul it all. The house also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We would definitely rent this property in the future!

Amazing Stay

We had a great time staying at David’s house. The house was only about a 5 minute walk away from the beach. House was in great shape inside and out. Kids loved playing at the pool when we weren’t at the beach. I would recommend to friends and stay again.

As described!

The property was just as listed. It held 10 of us comfortably for our stay, it was clean and well equipped. The beach was close, although we always rent a golf cart wherever we go since we have a lot of kiddos and their beach stuff to pack to and from. We appreciated the beach chairs being available to use as well. The pool was perfect, especially for my range of children with varying swimming capabilities. We contacted David once or twice and he was very helpful and attentive.

Sunnyside getaway!

The stay at the home was wonderful! It was in a nice area close to the beach and in close proximity to Panama City Beach. The beaches were quiet not as many people as closer to Panama. The house was pristine we had trouble with the pool heater the owner was proactive in letting us know about the issue before we arrived it was supposed to be fixed about midweek but the pool was still pretty chilly our whole stay so I don't know if it was fixed properly also it would help is this pool was screened in to keep the leaves out if it but other than that the place was great would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to as well we had a great time!

Panama City Beach trip

The home is beautifully decorated and we were very pleased with the cleanliness! We absolutely loved the private pool and the beach being just a few minute walk! Immaculate house

Such a beautiful home and great neighborhood. The kids loved the pool. We really liked the location of this home to great amenities in and around Panama City Beach. We appreciated the wonderful beach towels and beach chairs provided and I was happy the kids found some beach toys in the house as well. The furnishings and decor were exceptional! Our family of six were all quite comfortable in this immaculate home.

Great family get away

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home over Labor day. Everything was as advertised and pictured. The house was immaculately clean, something that was incredibly important to us, given the recent rise in covid cases. The pool was absolutely perfect for my small children (ages 3 and 2). The place was incredibly comfortable and the street was quiet with a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning!!

Great Stay and Location

The house was great and really close to the beach. Clean and good layout for our stay. We just had our son with us so very roomy for 2 adults and 1 child. This house could easily fit two families up to 4 kids- the bunk bed room was super cute. Marilyn was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The beach access is a short walk and there is a convenient wagon for the beach. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs etc. We would def stay here again and would recommend the property.

This house is amazing !!!! Spotless well equipped.. The pool saved our lives bc the kids stayed in it and did not bother us lol .. Beach day was a hit !!! The house has complimentary items that can be used such as coolers , beach towels , chairs and beach toys for the kiddos .. It rained one day so we chilled in the amazing living room and played uno.. My family still talks about this house and how nice it was !!! Contact with the host prior to check in was a breeze !! I can go on and on about this house .. To me the house is an important part of a vacation and this one delivered !!! Thanks again !
