« The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The place was large. When we arrived there was no hairdryer and when I informed the owner she brought one right over. She was very responsive. I would stay here again. »

« Holly was very easy to communicate with. We just wanted a nice clean place to sleep a few hours. The house was very clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and not too far off the highway, close to gas station and quick access back to highway without backtracking. AC works fine although we forgot to set it before bed, the house was keeping cool at 71 degrees without it so it was okay this time of year OCT 2025. We turned AC to 70 briefly sometime during...

« Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s a ways out on a gravel road, but our host, Bill sent a detailed video so we easily found our way. I took one star off as some people may not like the drive. We actually liked the solitude of the area and enjoyed sitting out on the back porch. We enjoyed the proximity to both Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks. »

« Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy. »
