« The room has a musty, stale smell as soon as I got there. The shower didn’t properly drain. It was fire red hair over everything and nats flying around. To make matters worse they called around 9am and I never requested a wake up call. I seriously drove from VA and still had to drive to Baton Rouge and needed all my sleep. Please do better »

« The staff at the front desk was incredible. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, the bathroom door was completely broken on one the inside, the maintenance of the room was awful and the entirety of the hotel just looked like it’s never been cleaned. Ever. »

« hot tub small room clean , but much smaller than the picture had to slam the door to close it from inside the lock on inside to keep door from opening all the way was broke . breakfast was little to nothing ...haft of the staff was rude the hallway had a bad smell like mold and something odd ! had very few guest . wife and myself were a bit disappointed may be a bit of a under statement ! »

« The reservations made through Expedia for a handicapped accessible room were not honored by the hotel at check-in. A dishonest front desk attendant tried to blame Expedia for the mix up, but it was indeed the hotel location that messes up my reservation. »
