« Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. »

« Breakfast was good, egg scramble was delicious! The grounds are immaculate, we kept taking pictures of all the beautiful flowers. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed. »

« Room was clean and parking was easy. The breakfast was okay, my waffle came out underdone and the juice was broken. We tried the bar/restaurant. The menu was inaccurate regarding what drinks were actually available and the food was mediocre. The water and ice throughout the building had a foul taste to it and needs to be filtered. »

« Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. »

« I booked a hotel room here through Expedia. I saw high ratings 10 out of 10, thinking this would be a good option while visiting Tacoma. Wrong. Wow, the hotel staff are very nice, good service, that was not enough. We stayed on the sixth floor and unfortunately could hear all the vehicles driving around at night (very loud). In addition to the outside noise, there was also the noise from the hallway which was rowdy. Now these things can happen, but would really drop them down to a one star...
