« Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The lodge is exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and clearly run with great attention to detail. We would especially like to thank the fantastic hosts, Greg and Peter. They were always approachable, provided us with many great tips for activities in and around Russell, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout...

« Everything about the Sanctuary Palms is first class.The bathroom was spotless, the shower and bath were great, aesthetically top notch, up to date, and perfect in use. The bedroom, the kitchen, the living room, the balcony, the view, the convenience, the access: tens around! »

« Room felt neglected. Dirty iron (manager did replace upon requesting), but I should not have to ask for another one, rusty toilet brush holder, mouldy curtains, stained ironing board cover. The room was not worth the price paid. These are all easy fixes, I hope the manager makes these fixes. »

« Peu de produits de douche, obligée d'en demander le 3ème jour ! Chambre non fumeur mais avec un patio qui jouxte un patio avec un fumeur donc ....pas vraiment "non fumeur" notre chambre ! »
