Aufgrund der Baustelle auf unserem Flur und der ständig hörbaren U-Bahn fällt die Bewertung so aus. An sich war die Unterkunft sehr gut, alles war sehr schnell erreichbar (Eiffelturm ca. 15 min gemütlicher Gang) und die Metro direkt vor der Tür.

Perfekt am öffentlichen Verkehr (Bus, Metro, S-Bahn). Die Metro hört man im Zimmer sehr gut (zumindest im 2. Stock). Nichts für Leute mit Lärmproblemen. Rund um das Hotel hat es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Ministore), so dass wir die kleine, genügend eingerichtete Küche gut nutzen konnten. Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gemacht, sondern in einem Turnus. Wir hatten Pech und in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (Mi - So) wurde es nie gemacht Das Zimmer, welches auf der Hotelseite mit dem Blick auf den Eiffelturm wirbt, ist leider einmalig und war bereits belegt. Für 150 € pro Nacht eher zu teuer, aber ist wahrscheinlich ein "Paris"-Preis. Für unseren nächsten Paris-Aufenthalt suchen wir sicher eine andere Unterkunft

Der Raum war in Ordnung. In diese Jahreszeit haben wir erwartet, dass im Raum die Heizung angeschaltet sein muss. Das war nicht so die Heizung war nicht angeschaltet. Dementsprechend war im Raum kalt. Dieses haben wir sehr schade gefunden. Denn das Aparthotel war recht teuer. Eine Frühschtückmöglichkeit im Aparthotel gabs nicht resp. war nur ein Früschtückbox verfügbar.

Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer war mangelhaft: Haare an den Wänden/Fliesen, Schimmel an der Decke. Geruch im Zimmer war nicht angenehm, ebenso wie am Flur. Ziemlich lautes Zimmer, man hat alle paar Minuten den Lärm/das Gedonner von einfahrenden bzw. abfahrenden Schellbahnen gehört. Schade, die Betten/Matratzen waren gut, das Ambiente grundsätzlich freundlich.

Das Hotel ist optimal direkt an der Metro gelegen, trotzdem ist es bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig im Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und absolut ausreichend, obwohl mehr als ein Handtuch pro Person wuenschenswert gewesen waere. Die Zimmergroesse ist gut und es ist alles super sauber gewesen, was die Hauptsache ist. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Super Stadt & Hotel
Eifelturm 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, somit besteht die Möglichkeit auch am Anbend den Eifelturm zu besuchen. Tolle Umgebung, alles in der Nähe. Die Metro gegenüber des Hotels, manchmal nervig aber trotzdem praktisch.Insgesamt hat sich Paris gelohnt, eine sehr schöne Stadt. Ein Trip lohnt sich.

Defekte Klimaanlage, Erwartung nicht erfühlt!
Zentral, man kommt überall mit Metro hin. Haltestellen kaum 100 Meter entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Zimmer zum Innenhof ruhig, zur Strasse laut wegen der Straßenbahn. Zimmer war ok, allerdings hat man ein besseres, neueres erwartet. Die Bilder in der Hotelbeschreibung täuschen. Leider war im Zimmer die Klimaanlage kaputt. Nach einer Meldung, hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer vorgeschlagen. Und siehe da, das Zimmer war so ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Allerdings funktionierte auch in diesem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht. Nicht ein mal der Lüfter hat sich bewegt. Dieses Zimmer haben wir nicht genommen. Unsere Zeit war uns zu wertvoll, um ein passendes Zimmer mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage zu finden. Stattdessen haben wir die Stadt erkundet und wollten die Wertvolle Zeit auskosten.

Gute Lage und Verbindung,mehr aber nicht..
Aufenthalt war von Freitag- bis Sonntag, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer war okay, allerdings geht man nach den Fotos von schöneren Zimmern aus. Für den gezahlten Preis erwartet man einfach mehr..Blick vom Balkon auf dem Innenhof ist auch nicht wirklich sehenswert. Paris ist aber ne Reise Wert!

Zentralgelegenes Hotel in der nähe von Eiffelturm.
Das Hotel war für uns ein idealler Ausgangspunkt für die Stadtbesichtigungen. Anbindung an Metro Linie 6, 8 und 10 befindet sich in direkter Umgebung. Auch die weiter entfernte Ziele wie Schloss Versailles, Disneyland oder Flughafen Orly ind CDG konnte man mit der Schnellnahn RER schnell erreichen.

Wir waren begeistert !
Normalerweise erspare ich mir die Mühe von nachträglichen Bewertungen. Bei diesem Hotel mache ich eine Ausnahme . Es hat mein großes Lob verdient. Sehr freundlicher Service in der Lobby / Empfang Schönes sauberes Zimmer / Studio mit gut und modern ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler) Das Zimmer im 7 Stockwerk mit Lage zum Innenhof war so ruhig, das man mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Achtung zur Vorderseite könnet es lauter sein. Die Lage ist Top. Gegenüber ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. 5 Min. Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Wir waren begeistert !

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. All the comforts of home and the best view of the Eiffel Tower. You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday. If I can upload the video I took I will do it and you can get a look at the place before you pull the trigger. I read a few reviews from some people who mentioned the sound from the subway train. This is just people who have lived in a small quiet town and are not used to it. If you’ve ever lived in a large city anywhere in the world, you will get used to it quickly. Not to mention… that subway runs anywhere in the city and it is only steps from the hotel lobby! For 2 Euros! Also, they don’t come and clean the room unless you pay them to. So… you’ll just have to be courteous and live like a Parisien while you’re there. Pick up after yourself and you should be fine. If you need towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or pretty much anything else, it’s down on the second floor. Help yourself! There is a Monoprix (large grocery chain) RIGHT next door and a Fanprix across the street past the Metro. We used the kitchenette every day except for dinner which we went out for, nightly. Might I suggest Suffren, which is upscale with a great menu at decent prices. Not cheap but not through the roof. All that said, I urge you to book this hotel and that room in particular if it’s just the two of you.

Amazing Location! Great, friendly staff! Metro stop across the street and we went everywhere on it! Close to Eiffel! Would def recomennd and stay again!

乳児のいる家族でも快適に過ごせます
8ヶ月の子供と一緒に1週間滞在しました。リクエストしていた通りベビーベッドが用意されており、助かりました。ヨーロッパ仕様のベビーベッドだからか、柵が高く、子供を入れるのが難しかったこともあり、朝食を食べてる間子供をひとりで遊ばせておく時のみ使用しておりました。 また、バスタブのない部屋を当初割り当てられましたが、子供をお風呂に入れにくいのでバスタブのあるお部屋に変更依頼した所、快く変更して下さいました。 離乳食の準備をするのにお湯がわかせたり、離乳食を温められたり、やはりキッチン付きのお部屋で過ごせたのはとても良かったです。 大きなスーツケースを2つ広げても足のふみばが残る広さだったのも非常に良いポイントでした。 受付の方はとても優しく挨拶もしっかりしてくれます。1階にあったコーヒーマシンでココアやカフェオレなど毎日頂けて、朝食に買ったパンのお供にできて、とても良いサービスでした。 ホテルの立地も非常に良く、メトロが近くて徒歩圏内にもスーパーをはじめ、沢山のお店がありました。
