Was not the room we booked
We were disappointed to find that the room we originally booked, the Mickey Mouse-themed apartment, was not available upon arrival. As a family with young children, this was a significant letdown, though we did our best to adjust.Additionally, we were hoping to check in a bit earlier to accommodate our children’s needs, but unfortunately, the apartment was not ready until well after 4 PM. The cleaning staff mentioned that the delay was due to the previous guests leaving the apartment in poor condition, which required extra time to clean.While we understand that things don’t always go as planned, but the combination of not receiving the themed room we booked and the delayed check-in made our arrival more stressful than anticipated.The location was best part of stay
