From your entry into the place, you will be charmed by this Haussmannian building, so typically Parisian with its mouldings and magnificent porch, which once hosted horse-drawn carriages.

Despite the building loaded with history, our superb apartment is very modern and will be ideal to welcome up to 15 people for a comfortable stay and lovely stay in Paris.It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, toaster and TV.



In the open space kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a microwave,an oven, a freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a toaster and a kettle, that is all you need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family highly appreciated after a crazy day in the capital .





Our gorgeous apartment is located on the right side of the river bank, in the 4th Borough Council of Paris, the historic Marais, in a lively neighborhood district, close to all shops and amenities.



A short walk, will take you to the the magnificient Place des Vosges, and within a 15-minute walk, from the island of St-Louis Island, one can see the Notre Dame and the Bastille.

For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested.
