Guest access
Easy access: Before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding access to the apartment, as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

Access to the apartment is fully digital. You will receive the access code before your arrival, along with all the necessary instructions.

The door to your apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator accessible on the 1st floor, after 15 steps)

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
