The apartment was perfect for our group of two families, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. Main bedroom is huge, with a large hallway leading to a spacious bathroom. Lovely Apartment in the Perfect Parisian Neighborhood

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The hosts were lovely, responsive, and helpful. They accommodated us with an early check-in, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was very clean and secure, and plenty of space for all 5 of us. We highly recommend this stay. It’s right next to a vibrant street with everything you could want and need, located between multiple metro lines, and surrounded by a lovely, quiet courtyard.

We loved everything about our stay at this apartment. The managers were so helpful at all times. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to so many places. We loved staying in this apartment. It is close to so many things - restaurants, shops, museums, the Metro. By Paris standards, there is an enormous amount of space and it is attractively decorated. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the apartment!The management was very accommodating (including letting us drop off our bags prior to check-in) and responded very quickly to all communications. As noted in previous reviews, there is no place to put toiletries in the showers other than the floor. And the hot water can be a little finicky - we needed to "wake it up" each day. But honestly, these tiny things are far outweighed by an otherwise fantastic rental. We stay in rentals for travel quite often and I do think this one is superior! Highly recommend.

Our group was 2 mothers with 2 teen daughters and a grandmother! Every morning before starting out we would pick up fresh croissants from across the street and enjoy them in the beautiful kitchen. Great location, good space

The property is very well situated in the 3rd arr. with many great bakeries, stores, restaurants, and museums all within the immediate vicinity or a short walk. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood no matter the hour. Inside, the property is charming and has good kitchen space with a big dining table, a good sized living space, and the three beds/baths. The primary bathroom is quite large (especially for boards), while the other two are quite small, but very functional. The washer/dryer unit (all-in-one) is useful, but drying may be incomplete - you might need to lay out your clothes to fully dry them. The dishwasher does not really clean the dishes no matter the setting, so be prepared to hand wash the dishes. Sheets and towels were clean, and the surfaces were clean, but the unit is a little tired and in need of a deeper cleaning.

Absolutely Lovely!

Four of us stayed in this quintessential Marais flat for a week and would gleefully return. The host was very easy to communicate with at all stages of booking and of our stay. Check in was easy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything but on a quiet block. Wonderful restaurants, bars and shops are just feet away. The apartment itself is airy, light and beautiful. It provides separate bathrooms for the three bedrooms (2 of which are en suite). The kitchen is great—full disclosure: we only used it for making coffee and storing/consuming wine and cheese. Windows overlook both an interior courtyard and the street. One thing to note: It is one floor up, and the historic staircase may be treacherous for people with mobility issues. All to say, this place is wonderful, and I highly recommend for a Paris trip!

A perfect choice for our family

The apartment on Rue Charlot was the perfect fit for our family of four, including a senior citizen. The space allows for both togetherness and privacy. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen each morning and listening to the city as we planned our day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The living room area allows for several people to gather as well. We had a bit of a learning curve with the all-in-one washer/dryer but our contact, Romain, was always so helpful and we appreciated being able to do some laundry before heading home. Lastly, the neighborhood was probably the best choice for our group. There are many dining options as well as local shops to get what you need, all within walking distance. The area is kept clean with regular garbage pickup. I loved running this area in the mornings as well. We loved our stay and will hopefully return soon.

Perfect stay in Paris

Romain was our host and very communicative (we used WhatsApp). Place was clean with various locations to hang out (e.g. 2 small living rooms and spacious dining room). Kids shared room with 2 twin beds and also their own bathroom. My mother inaw has her own room and my husband and I stayed in the master suite that had 2 sinks. Only negatives are there is no AC (we used fans) and the bedroom facing the street had some noise from cafe down the street. We visit Paris often (12+ visits) and liked this place bc it's not by the main tourist areas. That said, it's about 30 mins walk from Notre Dame, 45 to D'Orsay and 1.5 hours from Tour Eiffel. So, you'll need to be fine with walking...which we love to do to walk off all the food and wine!

Great stay in the Marais

Beautiful clean apartment with wonderful details and in a hip and amazingly fun neighborhood. We truly loved our stay. There is no elevator and although the apartment is on the first floor there is a winding staircase. Could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Also no airconditioning. Not a big deal for fall but may be an issue for some in the summer. Le Collier De la Reine is a hip and delicious restaurant at number 57 Rue Charlot. Highly recommend it. The cafe on the corner of Rue Bretagne and Rue Charlot is fun and across the Street is a market called Marche Des Enfants Rouge with the BEST food for lunch and a market. Try the Miam Miam sandwich and the Asian restaurant at the end of the ally. Everything you need is right in the area.
