Dear Malar,Let me first of all thank you for choosing our hotel .Honestly, all the crew and i are really shocked about you review and note !!Maybe you are talking about another hotel, cause you did not payed 300 euros in our hotel !Then, we accept an early check in for you for free, a late check out as well, we kept your luggage 48 hours for free to let you and your family have a nice trip to Normandie , we accepted that you come to take your breakfast after this one was closed and more...I think that you made a mistake about the hotel and please if the case can you rectify ?
