Ein schönes Hotel

Großzügige Zimmeraufteilung, aber schlechter Bad
Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für 3 und 4 Personen gebucht und bereits im Voraus bezahlt und ein Parkplatz reserviert. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr einchecken wollten, teilte uns der Mitarbeiter mit, dass nur 2 Doppelzimmer für je 2 Personen gebucht sind und kein Parkplatz reserviert wurde. Erst nachdem wir den ausgedruckte Buchung vorgezeigt haben und damit "gedroht" haben , Hotels.com anzurufen, hat der Rezeptionist die richtige Buchung

Le personnel de l accueil du vendredi 24 à 18 h était ni commercial ni agréable , toutes personnes qui avait réservé avec nous , on était une vingtaine de personnes , ont eu le même problème, y a même une chambre qui a quitté cet hôtel pour aller au pullman, franchement avec un personnel pareil c est fini cet hôtel pour nous . Accueil sympathique et efficace. Chambre très bien malgré le manque de lumière (ou alors je n'ai pas trouvé car à part les lampes de chevet et l'entrée c'était assez sombre). Sdb nickel. Peu bruyant sauf de temps en temps dans le couloir. Très bien situé.

Good location and value
Booked a triple room for a trip with friends. Price was reasonable for Paris and conveniently locatied in a modern subburb. Metro and buses are available nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and water refill station in the lobby is a nice attention. Overall very satisfied with this stay.

This place has a serious bed bug problem! We noticed small bites we mistook for mosquitoes but when checking out in the early morning hours, we saw several under all our sheets!! We reported it immediately to the front desk attendant who was nice but older and ill-equipped to handle the situation. We emailed the images and video to the hotel as instructed but no response at all. I’m sending the issue to corporate.

Excelentes habitaciones, muy muy limpio la ubicación muy cerca a metro lara poderte dirigir. Adonde gustes.
