We were a group of 10 and this house was just the right space for us. It was warm and charming too! Metro was within 5 min and allowed for a quick commute time. Check in and out were both super easy!

The unit was nice, clean and the pictures accurately described the unit. The location could not be beat. The host was responsive and super helpful when we had any questions. The downsides are twofold: the WiFi is well poor at best, and it only extends to the common area. The second is that the common area is very cramped, and so a large group may find this a bit uncomfortable if you stay an extended period of time in the unit itself. Not a concern to our group, but there are minimal windows That being said, the accommodations were great, the beds were comfortable, the location is tremendous, and the unit was in immaculate shape. I would absolutely consider staying here again!

We had such a wonderful girlfriend’s trip at Sophie’s place. It was so nice to have so many bathrooms and the beds were comfortable and actually queen or king size like they were listed. Oftentimes in Europe a king sized bed isn’t really that but these were. The location was perfect for walking to different destinations or getting an Uber from there was quick and easy as well. We got take away a couple of times from the delicious dumpling place across the street and bakery items nearby. Sophie was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had so she was a lovely host. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The size of the unit was perfect for a larger family group. Be prepared for many stairs. Several amenities in the neighbourhood were available and within walking distance - restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. the proximity of the nannybag option was useful for storing bags before or after your check-in. All in all we had an enjoyable experience.

I would say Elegant is a bit overstated, there were several unpainted items, walls very scuffed up. The toiletries mentioned didn't exist. The stairs and steps inside the rooms are uneven and a bit of a hazard if it is dark. There really are no windows, just 1 at the top and a skylight. Communication was great before we got there then took over a day to get a response on how to use the W/D combo. The "45" minute cycle was 3 hours and our clothes were still wet. Written directions in English would be very helpful.Positives: very comfortable beds, location, all having our own shower. There are prostitutes across the street so that is not a plus for families but was entertaining to sit at the cafe and get a show. The price in USD quoted on VRBO was 300 lower than what we actually paid once we hit book, that seems a bit shady and Sophie told me to take it up with VRBO. We still had a great stay.

Great clean apartment with air conditioning in all bedrooms (mini splits) and living room. No a/c in basement bedrooms but it is not needed in them. It’s on the outer edge of the 2nd arrondisement but within walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame (about 20 min). Close to 2 metros. Would recommend

This property was clean, modern and perfect for our group of 10. We found it stocked with basic needs such as detergents for laundry and dishwasher as well as basic toiletries. Sophie was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating and the location was safe and convenient to many attractions.

My family of 6 stayed here after a week at a family reunion in the north of France. Coming from a campground with a questionable kitchen, it was really nice coming to a place with real cooking tools. We also made extensive use of the washing maching/dryer combo. The air conditioning was really nice - with tempuratures around 90 F (32 C) we really took advantage of the cooler apartments to escape the heat. The location on Rue St. Denis was probably my favorite part. Don't let the image fool you, you won't have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the house but you will have access to the amazing neighborhood that is close to a ton of excellent restaurants within walking distance to many key sites (we walked to Notre Dame for example) and very close to mass transit. Lastly, Sophie was an excellent and patient communicator. She happily answered my questions beforehand and was responsive throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent option that I recommend to anyone.

Great for a large group

Our family of 6-4 adult children-stayed here for 3 nights. It was close to the Metro, and easy to get around. The previous comment of no windows isn't true...there are 2 windows in the upstairs bedrooms. This looks like this used to be several apartments that have now been combined into a larger space. I think they did a great job and my kids all liked having their own bed. The host was quick to respond to my questions (even my "duh" questions. I would stay here again.

Nice Family Apartment

We were fortunate to be able to rent this apartment for our family vacation in Paris. Among our group were three adults and five children, ranging in ages two to sixteen. The apartment has four levels: one lower (a basement level) with two bedrooms; one middle with two bedrooms; and the third level on top with one bedroom and full bath. There is a half bath on the main level with spacious kitchen and small living/dining room. We were located near many shops and restaurants/bistros, and within walking distance of the metro where we had access to the fine cultural life and attractions of Paris. This apartment is a great place for a family to stay and feel like they’re at home. Thank you to the host for making our stay in Paris most memorable, and for the easy accessibility of contact!

Large and in a great neighborhood

The apartment is large. However there are no windows. In the listing the window view of the Eiffel Tower is actually a back lit glass panel, so dont think you will have any views. It was recently remodeled, and the upstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the main level’s kitchen and living room are all good spaces. Bathrooms and bedrooms were sufficiently large, and all appliances are nice as well. And while the lower basement level 2 bedrooms look charming, it smells there and they have an exhaust fan running full time, so if you were to be OK with the smell, it is a pretty loud fan noise. Location is great, with lots of restaurants close by, easy to locate, and easy to get around the city from the apartment location. No parking, but easy to get a cab or Uber drop off right in front of the front entry door
