AMAZING Hotel! Smiling Staff and service, beautiful design in rooms and whole hotel. All was perfect, so we decided to adopt this hotel for all our visits to Paris.

Front desk staff appeared immature, does not know how to apologize and absolutely knows nothing about service recovery. Requested water to be sent to the room, never got the water, even after making the request twice. Had to walk to the store to buy water. Instead I got a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. Didn’t want alcohol, I needed H2O. They never apologized when they messed up my check in and the issue with my CC. Stay was ok but it appeared there were no senior staff on duty maybe more customer service training is warranted.

Overall, this was a very good hotel. Staff was attentive. My only complaint was their inaccurate quotes on time to travel to certain places. Way under estimating and making us miss a tour.

チェックインではモダンなデザインのエントランスの出迎え、スタッフの笑顔に癒されました。 部屋の清潔さも行き届いており、快適でした。 部屋の家具も洗練されたデザイナープロダクトのもので日常の快適さと非日常のコンセプトが融合して粋な感じでした。 難点はロビーから部屋への移動がオートマティックですが、複数利用すると乗り間違いがあり、別のフロアについてしまいました。 総じて満足しています。さすが五つ星。

An amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. Tom at reception was so welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect to take in all the tourist areas without being stuck in the middle of the noisy parts of the city. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

파리에서 도난 사고가 많다고 해서 5성급호텔로 예약했습니다. 크리스마스 연말시즌이라 호텔 로비 내부도 예쁘게 꾸며져있었고 직원분들이 매우 친절했어요. 제가 말하고싶은건 안전인데 엘리베이터가 숙박고객만 이용가능한데 거기다 제가 묵는 층만 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 여행중 제가 아파서 호텔에 오래머물렀는데 호텔이 좋아서 기분좋게 머물렀습니다. 다만 4박5일 머물렀음에도 물 리필이 되지않았다는 점, 샤워칸이 통유리라 개방적인 점이 조금 불편했네요. 그래도 편히 머물다왔습니다.

Amazing views, high prices & poor service
We loved the amazing views from our room, which was very comfortable. We travelled with a baby and managed to have our baby bottles sterilised by the room service team (after putting them in microwaveable sterilisation bags and giving lots of instructions to the team). Food from the hotel was good, though for the prices we were expecting a bit more. Sadly, the service was consistantly poor throughout our stay, be it the room service (we had to have a lot of back and forth discussions to ensure they would actually deliver what we were ordering, and among multiple blunders, we were overcharged once and given an already open jar of honey once), the restaurant service (the manager ended up reimbursing our breakfast orders to apologize), the Codage spa reservation team (45 min of back and forth to ensure we would get access to the hamman before our treatment and it turned out they didn't even end up booking the hammam and booked a 90 min treatment instead of a 60 min one), and the hotel reservation team ended up charging us for an extra bed we didn't ask for or get and that we had to contest.

Beautiful, modern, and new hotel. Rooms are great and staff was very helpful. The location is convenient and next to a metro but a bit far from main attractions in the south and north.

Nice hotel but poor execution
Service level doesn’t meet the criteria of a 5 star hotel. Young personnel who doesn’t have proper management and therefore many things go wrong. A decent 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5 star experience.
