Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV, double bed and dining table for convivial moments. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.

Kitchen: Open, functional kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Toilet: WC in the bathroom.

Terrace: A relaxing area overlooking the streets of Paris.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 1st floor, above a restaurant, on a very lively street lined with bars and restaurants: street noise can be heard inside in the evening and at night, especially with the windows open. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: it can get very hot in summer during heatwaves, and the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. If you are sensitive to heat and travelling in midsummer, please take this into account.
* The Strasbourg-Saint-Denis area is very busy in the evening and at night and can feel unsettling late at night. If you are travelling with young children or looking for a quiet residential area, this apartment is not the right choice.
* This is a studio: the double bed and the double sofa bed are in the same living area. It is ideal for two; with four, everyone sleeps in the same room and the space becomes tight, which groups of adults who value their privacy should know.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be a 2-minute walk from Strasbourg-Saint-Denis metro station (lines 4, 8 and 9), on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, in a studio with a terrace overlooking the street, a washing machine and an equipped open kitchen.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
