⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Located in the basement, the flexible space (two double sofa beds) has no window and receives no natural light. If a bedroom with a window is important to you, please keep this in mind.
* The apartment opens directly onto the street, in a part of the 10th that is very lively in the evening and at night: passers-by sometimes linger by the door, and the entrance may smell of urine. If you are coming with young children and are looking for a quiet residential area, please keep this in mind.
* Inside, you can hear traffic and music from the surrounding area, sometimes until late. If you are a light sleeper, this may bother you.
* With ten guests, everyone has their space. With eleven to thirteen, the table and some of the furniture have to be moved to unfold the two double sofa beds in the living room, and space becomes limited.
* The hot water supply is limited: for a large group, it runs out after a few showers, so it is best to spread them throughout the day.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will enjoy 100 m² with a washing machine, a dryer and a table for twelve, steps from Passage Brady and a 3-minute walk from Château d'Eau metro station.

For the whole length of your stay, the entire duplex and all its facilities are yours alone.

You check in on your own, using a digital guide you can consult at any time, 7 days a week.

If you arrive after 11 PM, follow the instructions provided closely: this way you will get into the apartment without any difficulty.
