Sofa bed was broken and took three days to resolve. Communication w/property management was less than ideal. They knew the bed was broken two weeks prior per their maintenance man and did not communicate this to us. We were told there were air mattresses in the closet. Both of which leaked. After three nights of this they supplied a new air mattress which worked. Had they simply told us the sofa bed was broken we would have booked elsewhere. To their credit, they did issue us a partial refund.
