- Our modest studio is the perfect place to stay on your next winter getaway! The skiers in your group will love the slopeside location of our condo, which has ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. If you're looking for a place to ski and snowboard in the winter, or hike and mountain bike in the summer, this is the place for you.

Sleeps up to 2 people. Our condo with a balcony or patio features:
• Living space: 1 Queen bed, fireplace, sofa bed, TV

*Sundial Lodge is currently undergoing exterior renovation work, scheduled for completion late 2026. During this period, guests may see scaffolding and workers around the building and may experience typical daytime construction noise. Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and occasional paint or other chemical odors are possible.
*We make every effort to avoid assigning units when work is planned directly outside; however, construction timelines can change, and unexpected activity may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements to the Sundial Lodge.
*Please also note that there is ongoing construction around Canyons Village, as the new parking structure is completed, and the Cabriolet lift is being replaced with a new gondola, among other things. Your travel to and from the Sundial Lodge may be affected.

Great news! As of May 12, 2025, all fees are now included in the final booking price.

• Renovation: Sundial Lodge is currently undergoing exterior renovation (completion late 2026). Guests may experience scaffolding, daytime construction noise, temporarily inaccessible balconies, and occasional paint or chemical odors.
• Canyons Village Construction: Ongoing construction around Canyons Village (new parking structure, gondola replacement) may impact travel to/from the lodge.
