This property was the most overpriced property we've stayed at and not as listed. First, it is much smaller than the pictures let on. The kitchen can hardly fit 2 people at one time and is not made for groups. We had 5 adults and 3 children. It was TIGHT! The property is also extremely outdated. The vacuum didn't work (the only cleaning supply provided, which is an issue with 8 ppl), the stovetop hardly worked (not ideal when trying to cook for a group) and there were no items provided to the guests, which is something I've never experienced with VRBO and especially at this price point. You had to purchase olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. There wasn't even a guest book with details on where to find the grill, how to work the TV, etc. Even the basics weren't provided. The guy working the front desk acted like we inconvenienced him every time we asked for something, including when purchasing laundry detergent and coins - also not included in the cost even though the listing says laundry. We worked with the front desk to get a pack and play for our baby, which was also an additional cost. It wasn't there when we arrived and then arrived right before we needed it after we called and was broken. There was a leak coming through the window, which we had to call in. No one ever came to check it out. Finally, we worked with guest services to book our rides to/from the airport. They booked our return trip for the wrong day even though all flight information was provided, causing us to almost miss our flight. Luckily the car company was amazing and made it work (thank you Peak Transportation!) but was a stressful situation that was avoidable. All in all, not worth the high cost. While the location is nice, the unit is extremely outdated compared to others in the building, overpriced and the property managers aren't as helpful as it seems when booking.
