It was nice to be able to smoke outside under shelter. The owner is very nice the cleaning lady was sensational. Very organized. When I return in the summer I will tip her cause I missed her this time.

Walked in and was greated With a friendly smile and a hello. I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, the beds are good, the service was great, nice and quiet. The gentleman checked our room to make sure it was in order before we went in.

an older facility but was great, there is smoking on balconies from adjacent rooms and it waffs to yours or hangs outside. i would prefer it is restricted to down by their picnic tables on the grounds. i have an asthma type situation and it bothered both me and my mate.

I like that the quality of the bed was good. It did not seem to be hoping for the high end clients but comfort was great. AC was even quieter than most which was a pleasant surprise. Only real negative would be the shower as it was VERY low and did not have a handle to allow for use without almost kneeling down. Even had a full kitchen for those that want it. Close to food of all kinds; close to park. I'd definitely stay again.

could have been better,but not a bad place to stay
the place has had some upgrades, the room was nice and large. parking was way too close to one and other. and we were kept up till after 2:00 by 4 ladies that were partying next door, so not much sleep. they kept coming outside to smoke and being VERY LOUD. if management could have shut that down at 11:00 everything would have been great.

For the most part the stay at the hotel was great. The only situation that occurred was the shower head was not working properly. The water from the spout was pouring at the same time as the shower head....(management came to try to correct the situation. Otherwise the stay at the hotel was good. The only other thing I would mention is to perhaps leave a few amenities for guests (such as body lotion, shampoo, bar soap or body wash) otherwise everything was great.

My family enjoyed this motel a lot. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great, close to so many amenities. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to parksville.
