« Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer.
The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport. »
« The employees were very friendly. The room was spacious but a few issues like damp smell in bathroom, mould there, light not working in bedroom, bed sheet torn and sheets were too small for the bed and did not fully cover the mattress or the duvet. Can’t open windows due to no screens and bugs come in. Okay breakfast but would be good to advise all guests of eggs being available and all foods drinks on buffet should be labelled. « This is a great property, ideally situated to climb to the Tigers Nest. It's further away from Paro. The rooms are great ( and yes they have wooden baths!! ). Some rooms feature a view of the Tigers Best. Welcome cocktails and a great lounge area. »
