Strandhotels Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais

„Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.“

„Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected ...

„The staff was very accommodating and reminded us of old bed and breakfast places from years ago. They even had our breakfast ready early so we could get away early. If we come to Portugal again, we’d come back. Also, great restaurant recommendations.“

„First three nights we stayed in an appartment, nice balcony overlooking the pool area, 2 rooms, kitchen well equipped, then we had to move to a studio, that was under the swimming pool, not much of a view, only one room, no ventilation, only one window, that was a real down-grading (for the same price!) Very helpful receptionists (especially Pedro and Adelayde) they did everthing to help our car problem fixed, it needed several tel call to the rent a car company and insist. They also gave us ...

„Great place as base for the wonders of beautiful Sintra.“

„This hotel is stunning, relaxing and tranquil. The staff are incredible and accommodating in every way. It is in a beautiful location over looking the water. You do have to walk or drive into town or to the beach but it is a wonderful walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. The breakfast is fresh and delicious as is the room service“
