« An unique and tranquil place near Sintra. It was a perfect home base for us to explore historic center and castles of Sintra, as well as many beautiful secluded beaches nearby. « Gabriela is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with her very sweet and friendly dogs and walked us through the home. She was very accommodating, leaving us a welcome package with snacks and wine and gave us suggestions for attractions and restaurants. We were lucky to visit in June when her garden was blooming, it is a very beautiful property. « This big house is really welcoming, the yard is huge and well maintained and the view on a canopy is incredible. We had a lot of fun with our families and friends enjoying cultural visits, surfing, walking, good wine and good food. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place house. »

« We had a great time in Colares, the inside is not “modern” but is very clean and has everything you need and the exteriors are gorgeous (can’t beat the tennis court and swimming pool). 2 min away is a good local supermarket and the sea is 5 min away. The owners were very easy to reach and shown us around. They were also very helpful for any ask we had I would recommend spending time there anytime! Thanks for everything »

« Terrific location. Steps from the base of the hike to Pena Palace, a very short walk (2min) to the bustling shops and restaurants. Location was everything! Downsides, tiny bathroom, no hair dryer. All in all, we thought it was charming - good price point and couldn’t get a better location. »
