„To much/to often room service. You don´t feel comfortable if they come 3 or more times each day. You can´t put any glass/or a drink or even a towel because they will remove it/take it with them. I would prefer the possibility that you can put a sign: "please clean the room" if you want to have room service, but not room service if you don´t want to have it. This made us feel unwell. You want to have your privacy. In this hotel this is impossible.“

„Overall it is not bad and the service was reasonable. Front desk service was very good but due to lack of people the restaurant service left a little to be desired. It is a good concept overall but needs updating and this may only be my opinion. The curtains definitely need replacing as they make the property look old. Wifi worked well for Sri Lanka.
