The entire farmhouse is yours to enjoy during your stay. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and plenty of space for families and groups. Outside, enjoy the large deck, BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and beautiful rolling hill and vineyard views. Bella Vista is also a beautiful setting for girls’ weekends, bridal showers, birthdays, and other small gatherings. Events and larger gatherings require prior approval, and additional event fees may apply and will be included in your reservation total.

Bella Vista Farmhouse is tucked away in the beautiful Paso Robles countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and wide-open views. You’ll get the peaceful, quiet feel of being out in the country while still being only about 10 minutes from town. Downtown Paso Robles, local wineries, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Trader Joe’s are all just a short drive away. It’s the best of both worlds, a relaxing wine-country setting with everything you need close by.

A car is recommended for getting around Paso Robles and exploring the surrounding wine country. Bella Vista Farmhouse offers a peaceful country setting while still being only about 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Trader Joe’s. Uber and Lyft are available in the area, although availability can vary. Wine tour buses, shuttles, and private drivers are also available for guests who want to enjoy a day of wine tasting without having to drive. For guests flying in, San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP) is a convenient option and is approximately 35–40 minutes from the property.

Bella Vista Farmhouse is located in a peaceful rural setting approximately one mile down a dirt road. The home is on a septic system, so only toilet paper may be flushed. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. As a country property, you may encounter wildlife, insects, dust, and other normal parts of rural living. The home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests. Small events and gatherings require prior approval, and additional event fees may apply and will be included in your reservation total.
