« The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »

« The room was a large and comfortable. The pool was small but nice and clean for our 2 boys and stayed open until 10pm which was great. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was good and they had honey crisp apples which my boys love. All in all would stay there again. »

« This hotel was great! They had a decent breakfast and the room was pristine when we stayed in it. All of the staff were smiling and friendly and I thought it was pretty cool that there were dry erase boards with recommendations of places to eat and visit in the area. It made Columbus a bit more interesting to explore. Another awesome thing about this hotel is that the floors are inaccessible without key cards---this made the hotel feel extra safe.
