Grosses Hotel etwas abgelegen
Sehr schöne hintere Poolanlage, leider ist das Wasser des Pools zu kalt. Keine Sauna. Fitnessraum ist einfach zu klein und zu spärlich ausgestattet. Die Baustelle gegenüber des Hotels ist laut und stört beim Ruhen am Pool. Nachts ist die Karaoke Bar außerhalb des Hotels sehr laut. Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, Sie brauchen immer ein Taxi.

Ok, I stayed here 3 nights. Mostly Chinese people. The gym is crap. One machine was broken. I told them twice. Nothing happened. I asked for body lotion since it was written in the hotel information that is was included in the aminites kit. You had to really slam the front door to your room otherwise it did not close. The safety box was old and hard to reach since it was on the top self. I stayed at Hilton Pattaya before and you cannot compare this two hotel. They both say it is five star hotels. Hilton is, Le Bali is not. It is fare from the beach walk, I walked one night, it took around 45 minutes, I did walk slowely. It is near the shopping mall terminal 21. The staff is nice. I gave the cleaners a lot. Felt sorry for them, because the Chinese people were not so nice. Breakfast is ok, nothing more nothing less. Price wise not much to complain about. Price was lowered about 60 percent, will I return? No there are better options

A new very nice hotel, in a quiet part of town, surprisingly a number of taxi drivers didn’t know where it was, very new, I assume. Good quality room, swimming pools, etc. however odd to have six ladies sitting outside the spa, shop and business center offering massages at 3/4 times the cost in town. I didn’t see any customers so I don’t see that service lasting. Buffer Breakfast very good, quality fresh fruits and with eggs freshly cooked to order.

The hotel is a bit far away from beach and it took around 25mins by walk. However, the manager on the front desk (daytime one) is friendly and helpful. The pool access room is lovely and I spent most of the time relaxing by the pool

Quiet far from City Centre
It is quiet far from walking street and city centre. Hotels.com says 1.6 miles to the walking street but it is almost 3miles. No shops nearby . no spa facilities readily available in the hotel. Manager not helpful when enquired about data mismatch about distance. Overall is an average hotel but definitely not 5 star.

Worth every THB. I have spent! The hotel located not too far from the new departmenr store "Termnial 21 Pattaya", just 15-20 mins by walk. My room comes with Free minibar and its daily filled! My bed was comfort and the room was very very clean. Hotel provided wireless chargee for my mobile so it was a very convenient stay as well. Hotel provides you with 2 swimming pools/1 Spa/Restaurant/Minimart and also a fitness so I actually do not need to go out much. Also, when you want to buy personal stuffs or have some local dish with delicious drink, there are many local shops just across the street! For me, i will definately come back here when I visit Pattaya next time ;)

凌晨1:00 突然無冷氣提供,打電話去front desk 係冇無人接電話,親自去front desk complaint 話會搵職員來維修,等左半小時仍未見有職員來,再致電front desk 仍然無人聽電話,再親自去行去front desk,佢地職員同我講重未聯絡到維修人員,front desk 職員完全沒有理會客人感受,更要我表達非常不滿才話安排轉房。另2間客都一樣,熱水非常不足,沒有再選擇機會

최고이지만 아쉬움
시설, 객실 최고이고 조식도 괜찮은데 몇가지 아쉬운점. 첫째, 7층이어서 그랬는지 몰라도 샤워기 수압이 약수물 수준입니다. 머리 긴 분들은 샴푸하다가 디스크 걸릴듯. 낮은층은 좀 나을런지도. 둘째, 호텔 옆 가라오께와는 분쟁인가요? 어떻게 스피커를 그렇게 크게 늦은시간까지 틀어 놓을 수 있나요. 알 수 없는 사람의 못하는 노래를 오래 들었습니다. 나쁜점은 아니지만 중국 단체관광객 정말 많더군요. 체크아웃때 직원이 저에게 중국어로 인사하더군요.

A very new and clean hotel!
This is a very new and clean hotel. The room was big, well designed and decorated. The bed was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was clean and pleasant with a super friendly manager, assistant manager and chef. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel but the location is not a walking distance to the beaches, night life or the tourist area. Taxi and scooters are always available at the hotel door with no problem.

Nice hotel that is a 30 minute walk to the beach.
This is a new hotel that is catering to Chinese travelers at the moment however I spoke to the management and it is a work in progress to get more Westerners to the come and stay at the hotel. They do have some staff that do speak some English so there is no real issue there. You should able to manage. I was very well taken care my entire stay. All Staff appeared to be very friendly. The food that they offered was prepared well and tasted good. The fitness facility could use more equipment but your still able to work out. They need more weights and a stationary bike. My overall experience here was great. I enjoyed my stay here. There Wi-Fi is work in progress and I could not connect the time I was there. This was not big deal to me. Management said they just upgraded a few days after I got there. **There is a karaoke bar located across the street that I feel did not respect the hotel guess at night and that did bug me at times. Hopefully this will get resolved in the near future. Not sure though. This was given a 3 for room comfort at night only and is out of the control of the hotel and not their fault. This could also depend on what side of the hotel your on. I requested street side. ** Beside that I will book again here in the near future.

For a five star hotel the staff on the front desk are useless, we are very disappointed specially breakfast time we are not allowed to use main buffet area due to the hotel be used one night stop over for travel group from China they were hundreds every night for one night, there are lots of noise from the singing and shouting by the drunking guests which are going on to 4:30am one night and out side Over the road there is a Thai bar which add extremely aloud music which did not stop 2:30 am every night. Also extremely noisy in the corridors. Only good thing about hotel was the breakfast manager was very very help to sort out breakfast for us in side room, without him the breakfast will be horrible experience.

Not Located in Central Pattaya
This hotel falsely advertises itself as located in Central Pattaya. This is incorrect, yet they intentionally do it to get more customers. Such activity is illegal in the USA but is ignored in Thailand. Orbitz also ignores it and continues to allow this fraud hotel to advertise on orbitz.com. This hotel has no WiFi support for American devices. Both my Android phone and my iPad were rejected by the router. The staff is dull and couldn't care less. They charge $20 for any visitor you may bring into your room. The location is horrible. You are in the middle of nowhere. A cab ride to downtown is 15 bucks.
