Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Einzig der etwas abgewohnte Zustand des Zimmers wäre zu erwähnen . Ich würde aber trotzallem wieder dort ein Zimmer buchen .

Nice but not new Hotel
Stayed in this Hotel several times already. I personally like the location (not directly in the center), the rooms (even if the furnitures are quite old) and the friendly staff. Most of the equipment in the gym doesn't really work well and should be renewed. The Internet could also be better. All the rest is fine and I will stay there again.

Positiv: Große Zimmer, gute Küche, großes Bad Negativ: sehr, sehr laut, Fenster sind kein Stück gedämmt, es kommt einem vor, dass man direkt auf der Straße liegt, Sauberkeit ist nicht wirklich vorhanden, Möbel, Ledercouch (wer weiß was da schon drauf gemacht wurde) mehr als fertig, der Fusselteppich (nee ich sag nichts) Fazit: gut für schmalen Taler, wir (m/w) waren für songkran dort, zwischendurch waren wir 3 Nächte nach Jomtien ausgewandert, schlafen ist nicht wirklich drin.. laut und laut .. Aber riesige Zimmer mit Küche und Waschmaschine, wir können bei Thai deswegen war alles einfacher aber.. naja.. internationaler Standard ist das nicht Schade aber war ok fürs Geld

Hatte ein sehr großes Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet mit gutem Frühstück. Habe dieses für 200 Bath vor Ort bezahlt. Die Amara Nova Suites sind etwas weiter weg vom Geschehen, so etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hard Rock Hotel oder zum Siam@Siam Hotel.

Für mich keine 5 Sterne Unterkunft mehr
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Wir konnten einen Teil unseres Gepäcks auch schon 4 Tage früher zur Aufbewahrung vorbeibringen, da wir vorher noch ein paar Tage auf Koh Samet verbrachten. Die Suite (wir hatten eine 1 Bedroom Suite gebucht) war sehr groß, Wohnzimmer mit inkludierter Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer und großes Bad. In den Räumen allerdings schlechter Geruch, hier könnte auch die Duftlampe im Badezimmer, welche ab und zu vom Reinigungspersonal angemacht wurde nicht wirklich Abhilfe schaffen. Alles sah ziemlich abgewohnt aus. Die Wände sollten mal wieder gestrichen werden und die große Ledercouch müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, da diese irgendwie stank. Auf diese wollte ich mich gar nicht setzen. Unsere Suite mit der Zimmer Nr. 703 war mit Balkon zur Straße und demzufolge war es laut. Die Fenster boten hier nicht genügend Lärmschutz. Das Bett war sehr nieder und die Matratze hart. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut und günstig (200 Baht pro Person), dies kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants waren zudem überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool am Dach ist grundsätzlich ok, allerdings war enorm viel Chlor im Wasser und die Liegen waren ohne Auflagen und deshalb äußerst unbequem. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok, aber das Hotel entspricht meiner Meinung nicht mehr einem 5 Sterne Haus. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es bessere und gleichzeitig günstigere Alternativen.

Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Einrichtung leider sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratze ist zu hart und wir konnten nicht richtig gut schlafen. Dementsprechend haben wir bei der Reception informiert. Das Hotel hatte am gleichen Tag das Bett mit Decken und Leintuch für mehr komfort gepolstert. War zum Schlafen ein bisschen angenehmer.

Hotel, etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber sehr schön
Das Hotel ist gepflegt und befindet sich in einer Gegend, die recht ruhig ist. Es befinden sich Restarants, Shops und Wäschereien in der nahen Umgebung. Es wird ein Shuttle-Service zu festen Zeiten angeboten, welcher einen an die Zentralen Punkte der Stadt bringt und auch wieder zurückbringt. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 10min dort, wo man mit den Baht-Bussen in ganz Pattaya umherfahren kann. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort hingehen.

Beim check-in habe ich ein Zimmer Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. Fuer einen Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Fruestueck hatte ich nicht gebucht.

Eigentlich war ich 2 std. zu frueh zum check-in im Hotel. Aber anstatt mich lange warten zu lassen, habe ich ein upgrade bekommen. Suite mit Kitchenette. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, modern und ruhig.

Ich war vor einigen Jahren mal in Pattaya muß aber sagen da war schon viel mehr los :) Für Famillien nicht unbedingt Empfehlenswert, was wohl aber nicht am Hotel liegt.

Die Zimmer sind schon echt abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig, nicht gut gereinigt und gepflegt, Air conditions teils defekt, manche Zimmer riechen nicht gut... Hatten jetzt zwei verschiedene Zimmer, shuttlefahrzeuge fehlen total, da die Lage sehr bescheiden ist, abseits der Hauptstraßen, sehr enge viel befahren schlecht riechende Gegend. Pool auf dem Dach ok aber extrem chloriert und leider auch kein Service mehr dort oben, pooltücher bedürfen dringend der Auswechslung. Restaurant halbe Stunde vor Schließung ausprobiert, von vier Portionen waren zwei u genießbar, Küche entschuldigte sich zwar aber der Eindruck war echt schlecht.

Bestes Hotel, das ich hier in Thailand je hatte.
Eckzimmer mit Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank und Küche. 107 qm. Zwei Fernseher und zwei Balkone, gross genug zum joggen..... Personal immer freundlich und kompetent. Etwas abgelegen. Zum Zentrum ca 10 min.

es war ein schöner aufenthalt bis auf die lage des hotels es wurde leider zuviel gebaut rund ums hotel deshalb auch alles etwas lauter als normalerweise

Sehr angenehmer und komfortabler Kurzurlaub. Die Einrichtungen der Ecksuite ist hervorrgend und äusserst bequem. Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Hilfreiches und freundliches Personal.

nice room, but Internet and aircon need update
The Room itself was amazing, like a nice small flat. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the design and the lightning. Kitchen was complete. Problem was the aircondition, way too loud for a bedroom! Stuff was very helpfull and friendly, but english could have been better. Internet was quiet swingy. Strange that it was sometimes quite good at normal peak hours (e.g. afternoon and evening) but was bad in the night after 10 and morning at 4 o clock. I have had many disconnects (used the LAN).

tolles Hotel, gerne wieder
Lage etwas ab vom Schuss, dafür aber ruhig. Kostenloser Transport mit hoteleigenem Golf-Cart bzw. Van möglich. Voll ausgestattete Küche, dafür aber keine gefüllte Minibar (außer zwei Flaschen Wasser täglich). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (seven-eleven und FamilyMart) sind aber nur 150m weiter.

Amari Nova Suites: Pool auf dem Dach & Fahrservice -> genial
Der Fahrservice (Elektrocar) macht die leicht abseitige Lage voll wett. Und der Pool auf dem Dach ist ein echtes Highlight.

Amari Nova Suites
Excellentes Appartement Hotel fuer einen excellenten Preis. Kundenservice hervorragend, insbesonder Bobby, der Hausdiener, ist ein wahrer Servicegott. Faehrt eine gar zum Supermarkt um die Ecke. Amari Nova Suites wird von nun an mein permanentes Hotel in Pattaya.
