Stark abgenutztes Inventar, es fehlt an Sauberkeit, sehr lauf und stressig, überwiegend unfreundliches und ungeschultes Personal

Hotel Zign Pattaya
Es ist zwar ein Design Hotel mit wunderschöner Poollandschaft, aber sehr schmutzigem Strand und Meer, Es ist ruhig gelegen in der Partyhochburg Pattaya. Es mangelt an gutem Service für ein 5 Sterne Hotel Landeskategorie. Beim Frühstück muß man um Kaffee betteln und daß das schmutzige Geschirr abgeräumt wird. Frühstücks- und Zimmerqualität stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Preis viel zu hoch für die Leistungen, die wir erhalten haben.

I’m grateful for the kind staff. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect place to hide away and relax while having massages nearby and there’s a bar on the corner that stays open late. Very sweet accommodation. Thank you for hating me and my son.

On vous demande encore la caution en cash dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.. L’électricité qui s’arrête tout le temps dans votre chambre, aucune prise à coté de votre lit. Un personnel pas aimable, qui ne s’occupe pas de votre valise ni même de s’intéresser si vous voulez un taxi. Tout est vieillot, même la piscine n’a rien d’extraordinaire et ce n’est pas en mettant 2 dinosaures à coté que ça va changer quoi que ce soit, allez donc voir comment ça se passe dans les autres hôtes 5 étoiles de la ville, vous allez être surpris… a fuir !

this is my second visit at this hotel. i booked a one bedroom suite the room was well prepared,aircond was on when we arrived. room condition 4/5 a bit of problem with shower with hot water which need to be fixed a senior reception at check in should be at back office instead as she is not so good service minded

Jos päätät valita,kannattaa ehdottomasti ottaa Premium Villa. Siellä on oma allas alue ja aamiaisravitola. Voi käyttää vastapäätä olevan JÄTTI hotellin palveluja,jos tarvii,mutta ei toisinpäin. Käytiin ja todettiin tämä. Villa oli rauhallinen,aamupala aasialaishöysteinen. Alueella ei nähtävää,kauppa ja hyvää jaljahierontaa saatavilla. Keskusta meteliin 10min taximatka. Wolt kyytipalvelu (suomeksi) toimii hienosti ja ei tarvii tinkii.

Service standard is lacking.when I checked in, there were more than 6 staff at the counter, but I was asked to wait for a particular staff who was serving someone who seemed to be checking in for 20 to 30 people. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for another service staff….on Saturday night, the carpark was full and I was told to double park and leave my car unlocked so that the valet can move my car by pushing it. Eventually, I parked outside the compound. This hotel is in a godforesaken place with no attractions within 1.5km. The roads leading to the hotel are really small and not suitable for walking. Suggest you stay closer to Central Pattaya, near Terminal 21 mall where there is more to do.

The outside is kept in good conditions. The rooms are in bad state of repairs and updates. NO HOT WATER. And they did not honor the amount when I booked the room. NOT GOOD. Was traveling all day any to tired to go some where else. This property is awful!!!

Great hotel with friendly staff
Great hotel by the Beach. The staff was all very helpfull and friendly. Especially the receptionist was a great help with all issues related to our 2 pcr test. Use of glowes at breakfast make us feel more safe. Fantastic pool area and Beach club. Room is spacious and great beds.
