The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

22/7住了1晚,前台給我們一間樓層的最尾房,對正一道灰黑色的走火門,房間入面的燈就算全開也比較暗,尤其是洗手間,電視機附近的用品還有污跡,露台景觀很一般,真的大打折扣。向前台反應,即給我們換同層另一間同房型的房間,這間感覺比較舒服,光猛,清潔,景觀也比較好。對於酒店的安排真有點不明白及失望,既然有比較好的房間也不給客人。

我訂了3間房.到櫃台辦理住宿時.櫃台跟我堅持只有2間房.要我自己打電話跟hotels.com確認 服務人員非常的差. 我拿訂房資料給她看.她說她看不懂.要我自己跟平台聯絡. 問題是平台根本不接電話. 讓我急死了. 最後櫃台人員又說有3間房. 但每間都不同房型. 我再給她看訂房資料. 3間都一樣價錢. 怎麼會不同房型....到最後她又說好吧. 同房型 隔天退房時.說我們有多人使用早餐. 問題是我們根本沒訂含早餐的住宿. 根本沒下樓用早餐. 退房時也是很糟糕 這飯店的人跟電腦都很有問題

Alles in allem gutes Hotel an ruhiger Lage
Schöner Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Top Wagyu Burger, feiner Thai Tee, allg. feines Essen. Wellness gut, Preise eher hoch für Thailand, aber gerade noch OK. In Walking Distance zu Strand Restaurants und 24h Einkaufsläden. Hotelstrand eher bescheiden, Liegen teilweise noch mit Hundespuren. Dürften etwas gepflegter sein. Im Zimmer kaum Ablageflächen/Stauraum für Kleider, sonst alles prima.

5つ星を謳うには、社員教育がそのレベルではない。
年間10回ほどパタヤに小旅行するが、今年最も残念。設備は良いが、社員がそれに追いついていない。大きな問題があり、ジェネラルマネージャーからもお詫びの手紙をもらったが。インターコンチネンタルの方がやはり良かった。 ①設備:小規模だが良い。(部屋のPrivate-poolは良い) ②部屋:高額なので、それなり。  アメニティ:普通(トイレット紙を要求する迄補充しない) ③朝食:普通のブッフェ(時間毎にGroup分けは良い)     ※コロナ禍で無料でなければ、不要。      インターコンチネンタルは、有料でもOK。 ④掃除:部屋掃除してなかった日あり。(適当さが出る) ⑤スタッフ間連絡:無し(タイ語で丁寧に依頼→客の私物を破損する致命的ミスを犯す) ⑥インスタ映えには良いホテル:個人的には興味無し HOTELとは、設備だけではないと、改めて認識。

The front desk person who checked us in misinformed us, which later caused a problem for us at the restaurant, which has a great view. The same staff member came storming into said restaurant and chewed us out before admitting it was his own error. We asked 3 times to meet and give feedback to the GM about this. No such thing was able to happen for us. While it’s a pretty hotel despite the copious amounts of mold on the poolside lounge cushions, we won’t be going back due to poor staff training and lack of accountability by management. There are too many other great places along the same stretch of beach.

Good to stay and hang outside of the hotel. Basic
Weather was great. Front desk manager JJ was super helpful . In general staffs are nice but not all are good in English and service is rather slow. The staff who checked me in gave me the wrong info on Accor members can get 50% off on food at restaurant - till when I was paying to. Find out only special members gets discount. Whatever . The hotel is basic not much amenities . The pool and chill out area is very nice and relaxing though. Food is just so so.
