„We are a family of four and booked this hotel late in the afternoon while travelling home. We chose a non-refundable rate based on the photographs shown on the website. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, stale carpet smell in reception. The staff were friendly, but Room 1031 on the 10th floor was unacceptable. It had the same unpleasant smell, no air conditioning in one room, and barely functioning, noisy air conditioning in the other. We were told there were electrical problems and that someone ...

Man hatte alles was man zum Frühstücken braucht.

We travelled to Milan to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and although I had some difficulties getting in touch with the hotel before our trip to arrange a little surprise, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely ...

Sonst alles super!!“

„Die Deluxe Zimmer frisch renoviert, waren super. Reinigung und Personal Top!“

„Fantastic suite“
