A Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Dolphinview before it was remolded and it was bad - there were leaks everywhere! I’m so glad someone purchased it a turned it in to a gem. I do wish they made the bunk room bigger with more than just one bunk bed. I also wish they had a big gas grill.

A Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidelife is a great vacation rental company to work with. They try to fill all of your needs during your stay. A newly renovated house and great views. I wish this house had a grill. We asked for one and they delivered a brand new charcoal grill to use for the week. The couches are probably due to be replaced. The mattress in the front master bedroom is in need of a new mattress for sure. Too soft !!! I also wish there were some chairs in the bedrooms to sit in. I also wish the area in general would recycle. I also wish this house provided a Brita water filtering pitcher to use in the fridge. It would be a great thing to have since they don’t pick up recycles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome vacation home! Clean, secure, and family friendly. We have stayed in many houses on PI over the last 30 years, including the old version of Dolphin view. This renovated Dolphin View is now our favorite. Love the creek dock, all of the bedrooms and baths, and multiple porches. (The only thing it is missing is a hammock) This is also the first time renting from Tide Life - easy to work with, professional, and timely in their responses.

Spectacular home

This home is just perfect. It’s beautifully remodeled, huge, comfortable and right on the beach. Our only wish was that we could have used the elevator. We had elderly parents come to a 2-night family party and one had both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Getting up the stairs to the elevated house was especially difficult knowing there was an elevator that was not at our disposal. I do understand and suspect that if I was the owner, I may not make that luxury readily available to all guests. I would definitely stay in this home again and my siblings also noted they hope to do another family reunion and rent the same exact house. It’s truly spectacular in every way.

Christmas Memories

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a full house of family to spend Christmas from a variety of states. Unfortunately for the first few days it was the coldest weather of the year. Inside we played games and ate wonderful meals in a kitchen fit for a chef and house with every comfort you can have away from home. This recently remodeled home has top rated kitchen appliances, huge TV’s, amazing bathrooms, washer and dryer on both levels, and an elevator that accommodated our aging family members. The views of sunrise were magical, daily ocean polar plunges refreshing, and fishing in the creek relaxing. One of the best places we have stayed globally. Thank you to the owners for paying so much attention to detail in this beach home. Happy New Year!!
