„Chateau is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot. I would describe it as 'shabby chic' as there are areas where money could be spent. However it is lovely and features such as the sweeping staircase, chandelier's and furniture look gorgeous. Town is only 4 miles away with a range of restaurants. Continental breakfast was great and plentiful. Only met 1 member of staff at breakfast but she was lovely and gave us some of the history of the chateau. „8 of us stayed at the Chateau for one week. It is a lovely location, with a short drive to Saumur. The house and gardens are lovely, with a homely feel (you feel like you are staying in someone's home - we loved it). The views from the terrace are fantastic. The house is well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a barbecue. There was plenty of space for us all. The host Julie was lovely - she contacted me well before we arrived, and then was in regular communication ...

„Hired the chateau with 30 friends who have not seen each other in a long time. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at; I honestly never thought I'd stay somewhere as grand. The communication was great and the photos don't do it justice. All the rooms are ensuite and there's a lot of social space for everyone. The hardest bit was getting everyone together in one place! Thank you for a lovely stay :)“

„Stunning Chateau with glorious views overlooking the lake. Fabulous original features with ample space inside and outside on the terrace. Large comfortable rooms for our party of 15. Lovely enclosed pool and recreation areas in huge wooded grounds and massive lake for boating, fishing and bird watching. Very welcoming owners on arrival to show us around.
