The house it's self is extremely cozy. It's the yard and porch that make this place special because they are beautiful! „ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING. This is the second time I have stayed in a vacation rental in Payson and this one, by far, was the best! I own vacation rentals in other areas and I took notes!! The unit was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate (usage of things). The backyard was a great place to hang out with friends, the beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra pillows! The 'disposable' items that you don't normally find in rentals were great (spices, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). ...

„The cabin was very clean, instructions on getting in were very clear. Communication with our contact was timely, never an issue. The cabin itself is comfortable except for the kitchen table, it is very large, very uncomfortable chairs, we could not sit there long enough for a meal. Lighting around the kitchen could be better. The table outside was a nice place to sit in the evenings. Overall, we had a good time. “

„The property manager was great with communication from the very beginning. We had 3 adults and 2 kids over for the weekend. The house has plenty of space and is fully functional. There’s also a small park within a 5-minute walk for the kids to enjoy. The master bedroom and bathroom are both laid out very well. The only thing I wish I would’ve known is that the master bedroom is designed for a couple, only because the bathroom is a direct pass through opening. This was fine for us though. ...
