« The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out theyâre covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. The second night of this continued. I finally fell asleep at 11 PM through all the noise. At 11:15 p.m. I get a phone call on...
