Not the bed we booked available. Not upgrade just downgrade. You need mobility/vehicle to get where you want. Everything is pretty far away. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß, nur der Schrank bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt zu klein. Das Personal war bemüht. Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, das dinner war immer sehr gut.

Die Fotos versprechen deutlich mehr als es in Wirklichkeit vor Ort ist. Pool ist dreckig. Mitarbeiter spielen die ganze Zeit billiard und sind gelangweilt vor Kunden. Das wifi ist ne auch nicht wirklich funktionsfähig.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel
Wir waren im Juli für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Jedoch entspricht das Hotel nicht den Bildern und somit auch keinem 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Minibar des Zimmers war leer und es fehlten Handtücher im Bad. Die Lage ist abgeschieden. Ohne Roller kommt man nicht weg. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Strand, jedoch fährt dieser nur zwei mal täglich. Für den vergünstigten Preis war es in Ordnung, aber mehr würden wir dafür nicht zahlen.

Sehr hübsches Hotel zum entspannen
Das Hotel hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir hatten das Delux-Zimmer gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Minibar-Preise waren auch total ok. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den kostenlosen Shuttle haben wir auch in Anspruch genommen. Der Dreamland Beach ist sehr schön, leider kann man aufgrund der hohen Wellen nur den Surfern zusehen und nicht schwimmen. Bali-Collection ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr teures Shopping-Center. Jedoch kann man von dort sehr günstig nach tanjung benoa und zur Turtel Island, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Fußläufig ist vom Hotel nichts zu erreichen, man ist also auf den Shuttel angewiesen. Trotz dessen würde ich das Hotel immer weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort.

Sehr schlecht erreichbar
Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines neu gebauten "Parks" mit einem Golfplatz. Auf der Karte war nicht zu erkennen, dass es nur von unten aus erreichbar ist und man daher sehr lang unterwegs ist. Wir wollten von dort aus mehrere Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, aber es war sehr schwierig, sich zu bewegen. Der vom Hotel angebotene Fahrer verlangt Wucherpreise und wenn man sich ein Taxi ruft, muss man dessen Anfahrt zum Hotel zahlen. Das Hotel an sich bietet wenig Unterhaltung, so dass es auch nicht zum dort Verweilen einlädt.

Lovely quiet place to stay near Uluwatu beaches. You do need a scooter or a car as nothing is walking distance. Relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle. The only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and hard. The staff are lovely and found my jewellery twice for me which I didn’t even know had fallen off so I am very grateful for that. Food is average but plenty of cute restaurants near by.

Really needs updating, not like the photos
Very very spacious room and bathroom. Good gym, nice staff and good AC. But The hotel really needs updating. The food is really terrible (and we tried many dishses) and you can just tell the grounds are not looked after - dirty pool, stained walls,dirty corridors, grass is faded and patchy and the rooms are in need of a deep clean - all in all it was okay but looks nothing like the luxury in the photos. Also worth noting that this is on a estate so it takes about 10 -20 mins by bike to get ANYWHERE so not ideal if you want this as a base for exploring uluwatu/ pecatu. This is fine for a few days but just not worth the money and expectations were set high from the photos

Loved the hospitality. The property and rooms itself were slightly below 4 star but around the property such as outdoors area were amazing and well kept. The staff were awesome, the breakfast choices were good.

Poorly managed, rude staff. Sewage water coming out the taps, had to wait 2 hours for someone to come have a look then had to argue to move rooms. Moved to a second room and non of the taps worked so eventually got put in a third room and the air con was rubbish Me and my partner had a fantastic massage from the 2 ladies in the hut very nice

Veldig fint hotell med bra fasiliteter men servicen står ikke i stil. Maten tok forferdelig lang tid gjentatte ganger og de ansatte håndterte dette på en svært dårlig måte.Den ene dagen ventet jeg i en og en halv time på maten min, da jeg spurte etter maten etter en time var de ansatte sinte og frekke.Frokosten står heller ikke i stil til det hotellet lover, det var masse fluer og dårlig utvalg for å være en buffet.De samme tingene er bare plassert på 7 forskjellige steder. I tilegg til at det tar lang tid å bestille egg.
