« Unfortunately, this stay fell well below even basic hospitality standards.
Several amenities were unavailable or not functioning properly. The washer and dryer were out of service, and we were directed to use the sister property next door, which was an inconvenience. None of the hotel’s ice machines worked, so guests had to retrieve ice from the kitchen out of an ice chest.
Breakfast was poor, and the overall atmosphere in the lobby was unsettling. There was an individual lingering and sleeping...
