« Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. »

« Très bonne adresse, chambres confortables, maison idéalement située. Jim le propriétaire est super acceuillant, aux petits soins, et très sympathique. Dommage que le nom de la maison ne soit pas écrit car les extérieurs n'indiquent pas qu'on est à la bonne adresse. Il reste que c'est une maison donc on entend le moindre chuchotement de la chambre voisine. Mais ça reste un détail si on sait à quoi s'attendre (pour ma part on ne m'a jamais précisé à la réservation qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un...

« A very pleasant stay. Mary was lovely, and so was the service in the restaurant. The meal lacked seasoning and sauce, and the fries were undercooked. The next morning at breakfast, the brown bread was missing. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the overall impression too much. »
