Set in the countryside four miles from Penn Yan, this two-story farmhouse offers space for families and groups near Finger Lakes wineries, lakes, restaurants, and small-town attractions.

Four upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed. Two bedrooms also include queen sleeper sofas, and one provides a crib. Two full bathrooms—one on each floor—make the layout practical for larger groups.

The open kitchen includes ample counter and cabinet space for preparing shared meals. An oversized farmhouse table seats more than 10 guests, creating a central gathering place for dining, games, and conversation.

Indoor recreation includes a combination ping-pong and pool table, full-size air hockey, shuffleboard, and ring toss. A separate seating area with three sofas provides space for cards, puzzles, or conversation. Televisions are not provided, but WiFi is available for streaming on personal devices.

Outside, the property features a barrel sauna, swing set, lawn, and firepit. A short walk across the field leads to a shaded grove with three hammocks, a picnic table, and a second firepit.

Pet policy:

Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Approval is required for additional dogs. Owners must promptly remove and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to comply may result in a $100 fee.
