« The design of the suite was excellent especially the design of the second bathroom to accommodate the people using the fold out couch. The furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen were excellent. And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. « I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment...

« The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay! »

« The property is under renovations and or in need of serious renovation and repairs. Several ceiling areas are peeling and cracking, drywall is flaking off and falling in the bathroom. Transition strips leading to bedroom are missing on the floor leaving exposed rusted carpet nails. This place has some obvious damages that are painted over for a bandaid type repair. The balcony is unsafe with multiple nails sticking up, boards missing, and the railing detached about to fall over. »

« What a great home base to visit Pittsburgh! The location absolutely could not be beat -- easy walking to the river, the cultural district, the strip. We had such a great time exploring the city.
