Great vantage point with comfort!

We loved our stay at the Beach Club. The property itself is very spacious and has room to spread out and relax with some wonderful views. The bedrooms were so comfy and we all slept well. We enjoyed the master bath with the jetted (and heated) tub and the sauna. I am only giving 4 stars on cleanliness due to some of the "aging" issues of shades not working (only really bad in the sunrise light) and some wear and tear that could be updated with curtains/rugs/pillows. Also, the response by the desk on the shade issue was a bit unthoughtful in having the technician come during the hour before checkout while we were packing up and leaving (told him to just join our chaos with kiddos).We really enjoyed the beach access with chairs and umbrellas included as well as the outdoor AND indoor pool options. Our 8 and 3 year olds had great fun no matter the weather or ocean conditions. We all also loved being able to watch the ocean from the amazing view as well. We actually captured photos of the local osprey pair who we saw actually carrying fish in their talons by our balcony. We also had great views of the aircraft passing, including a fly by of the Blue Angels! Overall, we would come again. Be sure to bring ALL condiments... we had to buy salt and pepper. Would bring extra throw blankets for nights watching TV in the living room as well.

We have stayed at Beach Clue Resort before and loved it, this unit was a new to us this year. The condo was comfortable and beautiful. However, on the 3rd night the A/C went out, but a repairman came the next day and fixed the problem; br#3 the bed was very hard; mb#1 the bed had an extra foam pad that was old and lumpy; not all the settings on the washer and dryer worked; and there were no hot pads in the kitchen just oven mitts. All of these were minor inconveniences except the A/C and they fix that immediately. We will probably book this unit again next year.

BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN!

This was an absolute dream vacation! The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated! SUPER CLEAN! The rooms are spread far apart so every room has privacy and the AC worked phenomenally! And we needed it! We will be back. We can’t say anything but positive things about this condo, building, beach and town!

Beautiful location

We traveled 9.5 hours to this property. We were able to easily access our after hours paperwork and headed to the condo. It was frustrating that we had no door code once we arrived. So just hung out in the breezeway until we received a code. Frustrating to be sure. Here are the wonderful things about this property- LOCATION, location, location. Just beautiful. Gorgeous views and sunrises. The outdoor dining area was also something we used a great deal! The condo is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our week stay. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and we loved having a laundry room. The location is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping! Now for the disappointing areas. The master bath toilet area needs work as the area above the bidet has significant peeling. Some type of screen / blind / curtain needs to installed in the bathroom- as someone on the patio can see into the bathroom (where there is an open shower). The couch needs to be either professionally cleaned or replaced. There were so many stains- and it had sand all over both of them. There was also sand on the floors in the living room and in the master bedroom. (We hadn’t even been to the beach yet!) There was no kitchen trash bag in the kitchen- and none to be found anywhere in the condo. There was also a broken wine glass sitting in the cabinet where glasses are stored. The condo window in the living room needs to be replaced as the seal has failed. We go to Pensacola Beach a lot as our daughter is a high school teacher there. I’m not sure I would want to rent this specific condo again but we love the Beachclub complex.

Not the Experience We expected

The condo is very spacious ... that was the best feature. We had 8 adults and only 2 access fobs because no more were available and this obviously didn’t work well for us. On arrival, we had no dish cloths or dish towels. After calling management the next morning, one dish towel was delivered . After two more calls, two dish towels were delivered the following day. We still had no dish cloths so we went to the store. The bedroom off the kitchen shows a sitting area with a sofa and chairs in the picture, but there is no sofa. That bedroom also has no dresser or chest. The only storage is hanging space in the closet. We weren’t expecting to live out of suitcases for the week. And, finally the balcony dining chairs are falling apart ... every single one of them. The balcony sectional also didn’t accommodate 8 of us. I guess we had high expectations after viewing the condo on-line. For the amount of money, the condo wasn’t what we were expecting.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It doesn't get any better than these panoramic views. Kitchen was well-equipped, sunrise views were amazing, loved the close proximity to the beach and restaurants.
