We had a real challenge getting access to our condo. The instructions were cursory - they gave us three access codes - one for the parking lot, one for the building and one for the condo. However, other than the 3 six digit codes, there was no other instructions.The security video had six options - we weren't sure which ones to pick. Even when we got the correct option, we didn't realize we needed to include the condo number.Once we managed to enter the parking lot, we couldn't get the code to enter the building to work. We called the emergency number but the lady answering the phone spoke heavily accented Indian and obviously was not familair with the physical situation at our resort. We were standing in a very windy entry for almost 30 minutes and the wind chill was 18 degrees. Finally, a resident arrived at the front door and fortunately offered to let us in.When we got to the condo, we struggled with entry because the door to the condo was very hard to open -- you had to put your shoulder into it.Otherwise, we were reasonably happy with the condo.
