„The place was exactly what we were hoping for. Location was great - close to the dog beach and also very close to the Local where you can ge some groceries and wine/soirits. Quiet at night. Very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Check in process and communication with our host was top notch.Will definitely stay here again if available. Highly recommended.“

„Very nice, quiet location, sunset view were fantastic. Water access was a major plus. Only minor thing was that the outdoor grill was missing parts, I had to put a roaster pan under it to catch drippings. Overall it was as advertised. Would book again!!!!“

„Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.“

„The house was absolutely charming. Lots of space and pretty roomy. The property manager Bill was really nice and on top of any concerns. Great communication. The house has a pretty easy and quick beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was not bad for our dog and was not over run with sand burs which was a plus. Our vacation was perfect along with the house. We will be back next year and will stay here again. „We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, I loved the backyard. The house had everything we needed. We could drive over to the beach entrance and park or let people out and walk straight down to the beach. Be sure to call and have your 2 chairs and umbrella set up for each day, that was really nice.My only complaint is that the fitted sheet on the king size beds would not stay on, they need a bigger sheet.
