The minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for groups younger than 25 will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times.



No smoking (including vaping)/no pets. This unit is not pet friendly.



Be respectful of the townhouse & respect your neighbors.



No parties, events, or smoking of any kind.



The pool is managed and maintained by the HOA, not by our management team. Because of this, access and availability are subject to the HOA’s operations and maintenance schedule.

While closures are uncommon, they can occasionally occur. If we are notified of any planned closures, we always do our best to inform our guests ahead of time.

Parking Information (Please Read)



North Lost Key Landing allows one (1) vehicle per reservation. Unfortunately, additional vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, and overflow parking are not permitted on the property.



Your required parking pass fee has already been included in your reservation, so there is nothing additional to pay.



Parking passes must be picked up from the Key Concepts office before arriving at the condo.

If you are arriving after business hours, don't worry—after-hours lockboxes are available for convenient parking pass pickup. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
