Access to beach, pool and outdoor bathroom was convenient, which was especially helpful when weather or surf conditions limited our time in the gulf or on the beach. Furnishings were a bit dated but the unit was certainly serviceable, and our fellow vacationers were friendly. I'm sure this will be a good fit for other families as well.

Glad to see that the pics on line accurately depicted what was in the condo. A huge plus for us were the high chairs & table on the balcony. You can see over the railing providing an unobstructed view, which is great compared to chairs that sit lower, which cause you to look at the beach through the rails. Big selling point for us. Overall, we just loved this unit and will hopefully be able to return again and again!

A piece of paper explaining how to use tv. We do not use streaming and didn't figure it our until our last day. Would have been nice to know that we were not given a covered parking space like we had last year. And a blanket available. We love this building and will stay there next trip.

Great stay

This was one of the best rentals we stayed in. Everything was great and the property management was helpful and efficient. The beach service was an excellent bonus. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location but not the best Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC did not cool at all in the master bedroom. My husband did not have a good week due to his back hurting. On the third day my hips started hurting so I know it was from the very hard mattress we had. The location is great and I would definitely stay at Gulf Dunes again but not in this Condo. Also had trouble with the elevator but I reported it and it was taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Gulf Dunes. The place was very clean, fully stocked and the bunk beds were a nice feature. The condo is close to the stairs so you can walk down or take the elevator. We loved the balcony in the mornings and at night. You can hear the kids from the pool but it’s not bad at all. Beach access is so close only a small boardwalk. The elevators can be slow and smelly but you are at the beach. There are only a few carts so it can be a wait the day you check out. Everything was easy to book, no issues. We did laundry every day, so bring some extra detergent. We will definitely be staying here again. Love that it’s so close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Loved watching the fireworks off the pier. I love that the beach chairs are set up into rows and not U shaped. They started putting chairs out around 730/8. All the chair guys were nice. Our only complaint was that they never scrubbed the beach after the storm and there was a ton of seaweed on the beach. This condo is super family friendly. So if you are looking for a condo for just adults this is not your place. We hope to come back next year!
