Beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit and property were very clean. We loved our stay. The host quickly provided linens for the fold out couch when I notified they were not in the unit. Highly recommend.

Overall, this was a great fit for our last minute trip. The place could use some updating but for the price I was satisfied. Everything worked, the room was on the top floor close to the elevator. It was a quiet week so we didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors or excessive pool activity. The chairs and umbrella are a nice feature and we used them each day we were there. The overall state of the property was nice, the beach gorgeous, and the building is in close proximity to a convenience store and a couple of restaurants so you don’t have to get out if you don’t want to. The living room was a nice size with a couch and three chairs, perfect t for four of us. The bathrooms are a nice size and the washer and dryer was handy. The kitchen appliances are newer and there was plenty of ice from the fridge. I’d stay here again. Also nice allotment of bathroom towels but bring your own beach towels!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit! Everything is well maintained. The furniture is current and comfortable. Being on the top floor is an added bonus. We have stayed in this unit a few times now and each time have been pleased.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dish washer was not working (error code on display panel) and it had a bad odor. Also one of the table chair legs is loose and may break if unaware when sitting in it.

Brooks and Shorey Resorts do not disappoint!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as planned. Communication with this management group is alwayas amazing —called us once condo was ready so we could check in early and checked on us during our stay. The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. I've been renting from Brooks and Shorey Resorts for several years and will continue to do so.
