« Friendly staff clean rooms »

« Enjoyed staying at other Springhill Suites before but did not enjoy the layout of this particular building. Our stay was 2 weeks after a hurricane so probably not fair to the staff to judge however, the wifi was still out and guest were not able to watch television which was an issue for us given this was prime college football season. It would have been nice if Marriott had offered a small discount due to the situation. Parking was plentiful which was nice but the $25 day parking fee was...

« Les + Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée et on nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. La chambre était spacieuse. Parking gratuit Les - pas d'aide pour monter les bagages Articles de toilette miniatures »

« Great stay to get us closer to the airport! Room was very clean and staff were very friendly! »

« Nice place to stay. Great atmosphere. »

« We had a wonderful stay. Everything was listed accurately. »

« Maybe the nicest friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a small hotel. Everyone I interacted with was amazing. The room was spotless. I really enjoyed having a full fridge. »

« Road trip dans le Panhandle en famille et arrêt à Fort Walton pour une nuit. »

« Rooms were nice, beds were hard. You have to pay for parking......this is included at most hotels where you've already paid for the room. It's per day, so if you stay for a week, expect a hefty addt'l charge. Every time but once no one was at the front desk. They only have one receptionist working at one time. It was an okay stay, but I will not be back. Destin has much more to offer than this par hotel. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Personnel très avenant et courtois. l'hôtel est coller sur la plage. »

« This is the worst Inn I've ever stayed at and extremely overpaid for it. Never again, it stinks. »

« L'hôtel est tres bien placé mais souffre d'un niveau de propreté en-deçà du niveau attendu. Mauvaise literie et clim bruyante. Pas de femme de ménage durant notre sejour.De nombreuses bebetes au niveau de la piscine... C'est donc un mauvais rapport qualité prix. »

« Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools »

« Our room was nice and the view was beautiful! The front desk staff were really kind especially Javier. We enjoyed using the pool and the beach access. There were two drawbacks; our floor had a leak of some sort and they were trying to dry the carpet. It smelled awful, like mold. Then on Saturday night they hosted some event near the pool and were up partying until after midnight. It was loud, making it difficult to sleep for an early flight. »
