We received extremely rude treatment from Brianna at the front desk. David who checked us in was wonderful that was why we were shocked to be treated so disrespectfully in the morning by Brianna. My boyfriend approached the front desk and she asked if she could help him and then proceeded to continue her conversation with her coworker, ignoring my boyfriend, and when she finally did acknowledge his request for assistance, she was extremely rude. Not what she would expect from a Marriott property at all.
